Expert Medication Administration Training
Our medication/PEFA training curriculums are APD & AHCA approved and tailored to meet the specific requirements of your facility. We aim to empower your staff with the knowledge they need to succeed.

Skilled Nursing Visits
With over 30 years of nursing experience, our dedicated nurses offer skilled nursing visits in the home for your clients. No need to transport them for their prescribed injections, we will come to you.
Validations
Our approved APD validators will validate your staff on the routes that are to be administered to your clients onsite with your actual clients. Our nurses will come to your group home, ADT, foster home, family home, supportive living environment, anywhere your client receives the medication we can travel to that site.

We conduct mock reviews to assess your current practices and recommend improvements related to 65G-7. Our goal is to enhance your facility's performance and compliance.

Who is Dbron?
Dbron Consulting LLC was founded in Aug 2018 by Nurse Debora Bronson -
D for Debora, Bron for Bronson. After considering many great names, we chose Dbron Consulting to be unique.
Today over 7 years later we've grown from a one-nurse operation in a living room to a statewide company with a corporate office, multiple satellite offices, and more than 25 subcontracted staff statewide. This growth is a testament to our shared commitment: ensuring the individuals we serve are safe, healthy, and treated with dignity, while upholding transparency, accountability, and compliance - setting your staff up for success.
In Florida, more than 60,000 individuals live with developmental disabilities such as autism, cerebral palsy, spina bifida and dual diagnoses. Her leadership as board president of a local outreach foundation and clinical director of nursing for another further underscores her dedication to community care. With nearly 30 years of nursing experience, Nurse Debora - and the entire Dbron team - empowers providers with the compliance and care expertise that sets the standard across the state.
